I came to Yael when I was looking for some feedback on how to better approach my business goals. I was feeling stuck and unsure of what opportunities for growth I should pursue. We made a strategy map together that incorporated some of my values that I draw inspiration and support from. I could see how making time to have some non-work areas of my life better aligned would free up opportunities in my career. Over the last 10 years I have developed my skills and have been feeling a lot of potential with my career and my relationship with abundance. However, I have been struggling with a pattern of this potential never actualizing. It feels like I’m at the top of a big mounting wave that never crests. I connected with Yael to help me explore the possible root of this pattern. She was enormously helpful. Yael takes a very intuitive, multi-modal approach to her trauma work around money and abundance. Within just one session, she cultivated a safe space for me to explore my money traumas, and I left feeling empowered and confident. She then helped me clarify my needs and wants around my clientele, my lifestyle balance, and the underlying barriers to meeting those needs, that I didn't know I had. Her broad knowledge of psychology, especially the trauma-induced patterns of self sabotage, were invaluable. But then she surprised me with also being able to help me with building immediately workable action plans, right down to ad algorithms!
